What we collect

When you sign up we store your email address, full name, and a hashed password (or a magic-link session token if you sign in without a password). When you generate a report we store the company name or URL you submit, the structured outputs of each analysis agent, and basic usage metadata (timestamps, token counts).

We do not sell or share this data with third parties. We do route report-generation requests through model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI / OpenRouter) under their respective data-use policies — no data is retained for training by default.

What we collect about the companies you analyse

Reports are built from publicly available information — company websites, LinkedIn pages, news articles, job postings, Glassdoor reviews, and similar sources surfaced via web search. We do not purchase non-public data, scrape private accounts, or use any internal company information unless you upload it explicitly.

Cookies & sessions

We use a single first-party session cookie issued by Supabase to keep you signed in. There are no third-party trackers or advertising cookies on this site.

Your rights

You can view, export, and delete your reports at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely (including all stored reports), email hello@employse.com and we'll process the request within 7 days.
