Employse Insight generates AI-assisted analyses of companies based on publicly available information. By using the service you agree to the terms below.

Reports are informational, not advice

Reports produced by Employse Insight are best-effort analyses of publicly available signals. Headcount estimates, cost projections, and ROI scenarios are probabilistic and should be validated against your own data before any business or investment decision. Employse Insight is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or strategic advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Harass, defame, or knowingly misrepresent any company.
• Submit content that violates a third party's intellectual property or privacy.
• Reverse engineer, abuse rate limits, or attempt to extract non-public information about us or our infrastructure.
• Generate reports for legally restricted purposes (sanctioned entities, regulated due-diligence on individuals, etc.).

Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantee. Reports may take longer than expected during peak load or upstream model outages.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@employse.com. We may suspend access if usage violates these terms.
